2008 Unwooded Chardonnay 

Released April, 2010.  A fruit-driven style, rich in flavour and crisp acidity, showcasing the varietal character of fruit from our site.  Following the success of unwooded styles from the '04 and '05 vintages, we are proud to once again be able to offer this style of chardonnay.  (also known as our "green label" Chardonnay).  At its peak over the next 1-2 years.

2009 Chardonnay

Released January, 2012.  A beautifully textured, balanced wine with fine acidity and good length.  This was our first "blue label" Chardonnay not to undergo a secondary malo-lactic fermentation, in order to retain the natural acidity and highlight the underlying flavours that are derived from our site.
